Barely days after Nigerian Musician, Peter Okoye otherwise known as Mr P came out to share his family’s battle with the novel virus COVID-19, his wife Lola Omotayo has also offered word of advice to Nigerians.

“I don’t wish this upon my worst enemy. I need to let everybody known that COVID is real. I suffered, I went through a lot of pain, I watched my family go through it.”
She narrated her family’s recovery journey from the respiratory disease for three weeks. In a video posted on her IG handle, Mrs Peter thanked her doctor, pastors and Nigerians who prayed for them while they battle COVID-19.
“I want to thank my doctor Dr. Ayo who took good care of me, my family, and staff. I want to thank everyone who reached out to us during this terrible Covid-19 experience,” Lola captioned the clip.
“My friends and family, thank you so much for your love. Your phone calls and prayers helped me and my family heal faster. The grace of God is upon my family and I am so grateful.
According to Mr Peter who earlier disclosed their status, Lola, their daughter Aliona and two domestic staff living with them were also infected with the virus.
Also, Omotayo extended word of prayers to those battling the virus and prayed them speedy recovery.

“For those who lost loved ones, we pray for you too my heart bleeds for your loss. We need to keep our parents safe. Please encourage older people to stay at home. Please stay home.
She also advised that regular intake of vitamins can help repel the virus and boost the immune system.
