Former Minister for Women Affairs, Senator Aisha Jummai Alhassan is dead.
Alhassan popularly known as Mama Taraba died in Cairo, Egypt, according to report. She was a minister in President Muhammadu Buhari’s first term and a senator in the 7th assembly.
Also, she was the All Progressives Congress, APC governorship candidate of Taraba State in 2015 after she defected from the PDP.
