Nigerian Musician, songwriter, Chidinma Ekile has announced her switch from the secular world to gospel music.
Chidinma came into limelight after she emerged winner of MTN Project Fame in 2010. Before her emergence, Miss Ekile used to sing in the choir but decided to join the world of secular music after winning Project Fame.
The award winning musician and crooner of popular hits like ‘Kedike’ and ‘fallen in love’ took a flip side in her music career by breaking the news on her birthday, 2nd May, on Instagram.
She wrote, “MY NAME IS MINISTER CHIDINMA EKILE. I’M A CRUSADER OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS. I’M A CRUSADER OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST.”
Minister Chidinma, now signed on Eeezeconcept Label joins league of other gospel artiste like Chioma Jesus, Judikay and Mercy Chinwo.
To set the ball rolling, Chidinma dropped a new single title ‘Jehova Overdo’.
