It was a frustrating night for Senegal without Sadio Mane as they could only manage just one shot on target.
Jordan Henderson and Harry Kane gave England a first-half lead, before Saka added the third in the second half.
England continue to keep their winning record against African teams.
A win for England means that they will play the defending champion, France in the quarter finals on Dec 10.
