Fulham’s manager, Marco Silva, has committed to a fresh three-year contract, securing his position at Craven Cottage until 2026. This comes three months after he was initially offered an extension.
Silva’s existing contract was set to expire at the end of June. In his debut season as manager, he successfully led Fulham back to the Premier League from the Championship.
Silva guided the team to a remarkable 10th-place finish, marking their highest league ranking in 11 years, as of May.

Expressing his satisfaction, Silva stated on the club’s website, “I’m really pleased to sign a new contract as it was something we had been discussing for some time. It’s always a good sign when both parties are happy and want to continue working together.”
He continued, “I feel that the business is not done yet; we’ve had two great seasons, and the goal is clearly there to sustain this club in the Premier League. This is key for the future of this club, and we are working hard to achieve it.”
Silva also emphasized the importance of trust and support from the owners, saying, “My relationship with them, and with Fulham as a whole, has been really important in this decision and the success of the last two seasons.”
He lauded the commitment and ambition displayed by the players, emphasizing their crucial role in Fulham’s achievements, and expressed gratitude for the unwavering support of the fans. Silva concluded, “Let’s continue together on this long journey.”
To date, Marco Silva has overseen 105 games at the helm of the west London club, securing 51 victories, 21 draws, and 33 losses.
