Cristiano Ronaldo has finally signed with Saudi Arabian club, Al Nassr FC on a two and half year deal with a deal worth 200 million Euros yearly.
This is following the rumours that the 5-times Ballon D’or winner had already signed with a Saudi Arabian Club before the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Al Nassr FC confirmed the deal on Friday via a statement made on their verified Twitter account.
They wrote, “History in the making. This is a signing that will not only inspire our club to achieve even greater success but inspire our league, our nation and future generations, boys and girls to be the best version of themselves. Welcome @Cristiano to your new home @AlNassrFC”
Ronaldo who featured for Portugal at the FIFA World Cup also made a statement on his move to Saudi Arabia.
Cristiano Ronaldo on Al Nassr move: “I’m thrilled for a new experience in a different league and a different country, the vision that Al Nassr has is very inspiring.
“I’m very excited to join my teammates, and to help the team to achieve more success”.
