Scottish Premiership Club, Rangers have exited the Champions league after seeing a 3-1 defeat from the hands of Ajax.
The Scottish Champions became the worst side in the history of the elite competition to exit in an embarrassing manner.
They fail to win a single game in the group stage of the Champions League, conceding 22 goals in the process.
Rangers side managed by Giovanni van Bronckhorst was already eliminated from the competition before the match against Ajax.
Rangers needed to win the Dutch side in front of their home crowd to have a slim chance of competing in the Europa League.
Ajax had already experienced defeat home and away from the hands Liverpool and Napoli.
The Dutch side came into the game with just one win from Rangers in the first leg played, and a win tonight would automatically guarantee them a spot in the Europa League round of 32.
