Nollywood actress, Uche Jombo called on Rapper, 50 Cent, to cast a Nigerian actor as lead character in the upcoming series on Hushpuppi.
She made this known while commenting on 50 Cent’s post on Instagram.
“Please give a Nigeria actor the opportunity to play this character”, Uche wrote.
50 Cent took to Instagram on Wednesday to post pictures of Hushpuppi, and announced his plans to release a series based on the life of Hushpuppi.
“For my scammers I gotta do this one. Hushpuppy series coming soon ! GLG 🚦 GreenlightGang I don’t miss 🎯 #bransoncognac #lecheminduroi #gunitfilmandtv”, he wrote.
Ramon Olorunwa Abbas AKA Hushpuppi has just been sentenced to 11 years in prison for his financial crimes, and asked to pay $1.7 million to his fraud victims.
