A tragic incident occurred in the Ajah area of Lagos State, Nigeria, where a woman named Annie Ofili allegedly stabbed her friend, Glory Okon, to death during a heated argument.
On the day of the incident, Okon had gone to visit Ofili at her home on the Greenville Estate in Badore.
While they were conversing, a dispute ensued between them and escalated into a physical altercation.
During the altercation, Ofili reportedly grabbed a kitchen knife and used it to stab her friend in the neck.
According to sources, the two women had been shouting at each other, but when others tried to intervene and separate them, the door was locked from the inside.
The landlord and other neighbors eventually forced the door open, only to find Ofili on top of Okon with a knife, and Okon lying in a pool of blood with multiple stab wounds.
